I called Rogers today (*611) and waited on hold for about 20 minutes. I was trying to change Michelle's My5 numbers. After 20 minutes on hold, I got to speak to a customer from Whitby, Ontario. Somehow the lines got crossed, so we both had a short conversation and then had to call back Rogers and wait on hold again...
How does that happen? Weird.
